The Annual Frankston Flatland skim Comp was a massive success despite challenging conditions
The comp experienced a high turnout of over 50 competitors, who all had to battle a truly humid day with periodic rain and fluctuating tides.
Special thanks to Canadian Rider Chris Powel , and South Australian Rider Mitch Langley for making the effort to attend the comp.
NEMO debuted an entire new course for this competition. 4 brand new modular rails were introduced, including an insane roller coaster rail that challenged even the more experienced riders. The new 3 tube wide rails offered better stability and brought out the best from the riders, with spectators observing riders sticking ridiculous combos all day long.
All entrants were one again treated to a free showbag thanks to the generosity of the sponsors. Each bag contained products from Trigger Bros, Pepsi, Smiths, Banana Boat, Nemo, Starburst and sportcam .The Red Bull promo team were also came down at the end of the comp.
Entrants are reminded to check out the gallery of photographs taken by sportcam.
Sportcam has photos for purchase and are running a special offer until April 15.
